Mas de 30 años acompañando a organizaciones y personas en sus procesos de adaptación y gestión del cambio, apasionada de la integración de sistemas, procesos, ilusiones y sueños, desde la plena confianza en que personas y organizaciones tienen todas las herramientas para construir su mejor versión, esa que produce una creación de valor óptima.
Convencida de que las visiones compartidas, enmarcadas en estrategias innovadoras y creativas de largo plazo construyen organizaciones líderes y sostenibles. Organizaciones creadoras de valor, que son mucho más que la suma de sus partes.
Ha dirigido diversos proyectos de investigación y consultoría en el ámbito de la estrategia empresarial, eficiencia bancaria y economía social, materias sobre las que posee numerosas publicaciones. Su carrera profesional comenzó en Accenture, y desde entonces ha estado vinculada a la consultoría de organización, estrategia, sistemas, desarrollo de talento, bienestar y salud organizacional y gestión del cambio, campos en los que ha dirigido proyectos pioneros para organizaciones nacionales e internacionales. Como emprendedora comenzó en el ámbito de las nuevas tecnologías, habiendo impulsado diversas iniciativas empresariales y docentes en este campo.
Una larga trayectoria profesional asumiendo responsabilidades de gestión y dirección en diferentes compañías, sectores y áreas funcionales, le han proporcionado una visión integral, cercana y práctica de las organizaciones.
En el ámbito docente trabaja desde hace años – día a día- por una formación entendida como un proceso de acompañamiento transversal y abierto, basado en valores y en la construcción de profesionales, de personas íntegras, competentes, con capacidad crítica y libertad para decidir.
Apasionada de las personas, los años le han enseñado la importancia de los procesos integradores en las empresas, donde la estrategia y los objetivos de largo plazo de la organización se entrelazan con la visión y compromisos de sus trabajadores y de la comunidad humana que al fin y al cabo la hace posible. Como coach acompaña a personas y organizaciones a lograr objetivos, reinventarse, superar creencias limitantes, diseñar su visión de futuro y la estrategia que la hará realidad. En definitiva, a lograr la excelencia en todos sus enfoques.
Doctor Ingeniero Agrónomo por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), institución de la que es profesora en el Departamento de Economía, Estadística y Gestión de Empresas. MBA por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE), Master en Dirección de Responsabilidad Corporativa por el Instituto de Empresa (IE), practitioner Programación Neurolingüistica-PNL (IPH), Coach Ejecutivo, de Equipos, Sistémico y Familiar, Miembro Asociado de la International Coach Federation (ICF), Experto en Inteligencia Emocional por la Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR).
